  • Support clients according to individualized care plans and report changes in condition.

Direct Support Specialist (DSP)

  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living and community inclusion.
  • Follow individualized service plans and ensure health, safety, and dignity.
  •  Provide skill-building, supervision, and documentation support.

Marketing Manager

  • Lead outreach, branding, and referral development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and community partnerships.
  • Manage digital marketing, social media, and performance metrics.

Office Assistant / Scheduler

  • Coordinate staff schedules and client assignments.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support.
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.

Companion

  • Provide non-medical companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with errands, appointments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Promote safety, engagement, and independence.
